Walk and Talk Club

Walk and Talk Club is a close-knit community of walkers with leaders dedicated to helping members walk their way to emotional and physical wellness.

Our walks provide the perfect opportunity for you to escape the hustle and bustle of your daily routine and enjoy a quiet, mindful walk in nature. We don’t talk on our walks, allowing you to walk away from stress and relax your mind while exercising your body.

Walks are followed by an informal chat over coffee, an excellent time to socialise and catch up with the other group members. Whether you are new to exercise or an experienced fitness fanatic, everyone is welcome.
