The Research:

Research shows that regular walks are not only a great way to combat stress and improve your overall fitness, but they can also prevent a range of medical conditions, including osteoporosis, diabetes, depression, and many more. Regular 30-minute walks can also help you shed a few pounds and prevent excess fat buildup and clogged arteries.

In our many years of experience, we have seen the benefits of walking first-hand. Our walkers are lively, energetic and engaged and we truly feel that we have built something unique and special over this time.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We run two separate groups, one for beginners to intermediate walkers, and the other for intermediate to advanced walkers. Each group starts off with gentle pilates-based stretches and a warm-up walk.

We then accelerate for approximately 35 to 40 minutes before slowing down and ending off with cool down stretches. The whole walk takes roughly one hour and is followed by coffee and a chat.
